US Technology Resources hosts the first ever NASSCOM’s Emerging Companies Forum
In a first of its kind initiative, US Technology Resources, the California based IT Services Provider, hosted the NASSCOM Emerging Companies Forum centred around the topic: ‘Creating a Client Centric Delivery Organization’. The event took place on the afternoon of 6th October 2006 at Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala, South India.
The Forum focused on how IT can help businesses get increased return of investment (ROI). It also dealt with the strategic shift that information technology has seen over the last decade: from being viewed as a solution provider to being realized as a business partner.
The NASSCOM Emerging Companies Forum showcased a panel of eminent industry speakers that included:

“From $191 billion in 2004, the IT Outsourcing segments are expected to grow to $266 billion in 2009″, said Partha Iyengar, in his Keynote address on ‘IT value enhancement through Effective and Efficient delivery of quality IT Services’, “In this scenario, the biggest markets are the US, UK, Western Europe, Japan and Australia, of which Western Europe is the fastest growing segment.”
“Companies in emerging IT hubs like Kerala are now setting new standards of services excellence for global clients,” stressed Arun Narayanan, Vice President-Global Delivery, US Technology Resources, “The Customer Intimacy Model will help emerging companies to set these standards.
